Sunday 20 March : THE FIFE CIRCLE - Forth Bridge, Fife & Edinburgh Suburban Circle
Steam-hauled by 46233 Duchess of Sutherland

From LINLITHGOW (morning train)   &   DALMENY or INVERKEITHING (afternoon train)
Morning and afternoon steam specials round the 'Forth Circle'; over the Forth Bridge, along the Fife Coast and round the Fife Circle to Dunfermline, then along the shores of the Firth of Forth to Kincardine and through Alloa to Stirling, and returning through Larbert and Falkirk.
Due to circumstances outwith our control we were unable to run this train.
Saturday 7 May : PLOCKTON & KYLE of LOCHALSH

From TWEEDBANK, Galashiels, Eskbank, Shawfair, Edinburgh Waverley, Dalmeny, Dalgety Bay, Kirkcaldy, Ladybank, Perth
The Highland Line via Blair Atholl, Drumochter, Aviemore and Culloden to Inverness, then via Dingwall, Garve and the spectacular scenery along Loch Carron to Plockton and Kyle of Lochalsh.

Saturday 21 May : FORT WILLIAM & MALLAIG
Steam-hauled between Fort William & Mallaig by Black Five 45407 The Lancashire Fusilier

From NORTH BERWICK, Longniddry, Musselburgh, Edinburgh Waverley, Linlithgow, Falkirk High, Croy, Westerton
From the scenic West Highland Line view Loch Long, Loch Lomond, Rannoch Moor and the Monessie Gorge. After a short break in Fort William continue on the train steam-hauled to and from Mallaig with views of Ben Nevis, Loch Eil, Glenfinnan and Morar.

Saturday 28 May : GROSMONT & WHITBY

From GOUROCK, Greenock Central, Paisley Gilmour Street, Cambuslang, Motherwell, Carluke, Kirknewton, Edinburgh Waverley
Across Scotland from Firth of Clyde to Forth then along the east coast via Berwick, Newcastle, Durham and Middlesbrough to the Esk Valley line. Either leave the train at Grosmont, from where the North Yorkshire Moors Railway runs through Goathland (Heartbeat's 'Aidensfield') to Pickering, or continue to the attractive fishing port and resort of Whitby.

Saturday 11 June : LIVERPOOL

From GLENROTHES with Thornton, Kirkcaldy, Dalgety Bay, Edinburgh Waverley, Kirknewton
Along the West Coast Main Line over Beattock and Shap summits to the birthplace of The Beatles, Liverpool, with its museums, galleries, shops and the ferry across the Mersey.

Sunday 10 July : PLOCKTON & KYLE of LOCHALSH

From ABERDEEN, Dyce, Inverurie, Huntly, Keith, Elgin
Through rural Aberdeenshire, Banffshire and Moray to Inverness, then via Dingwall, Garve and the spectacular scenery along Loch Carron to Plockton and Kyle of Lochalsh.

Saturday 16 July : AVIEMORE & INVERNESS
Diesel-hauled by preserved 37 025 Inverness TMD

From LINLITHGOW, Inverkeithing, Perth
Over the Forth Bridge and through Fife to Perth, then along the Highland Line through Dunkeld, Pitlochry, Blair Atholl and over Drumochter Summit, the highest point on the British railway network. Passengers may leave the train at Aviemore for a trip on the Strathspey Railway through Boat of Garten to Broomhill. Alternatively remain aboard over Slochd Summit and past Culloden to Inverness.. (Tour organised jointly with the Scottish Thirty-Seven Group)

Monday 29 August : CARLISLE
Steam-hauled by 46100 Royal Scot

From EDINBURGH Waverley
Steam special along the West Coast Main Line featuring the climb over Beattock Summit. After a break in Carlisle the train continues diesel-hauled along the scenic Tyne Valley line through Hexham to Newcastle, then follows the east coast through Berwick to Edinburgh.

Saturday 10 September (morning) : FIFE CIRCLE and (afternoon) : FORTH CIRCLE
Both trains steam-hauled by 60009 Union of South Africa

From EDINBURGH WAVERLEY
Two steam specials featuring Scotland's latest World Heritage Site, The Forth Bridge. Both depart round the Edinburgh Suburban Circle. The morning departure crosses the Forth Bridge, along the Fife Coast to Kirkcaldy and round the Fife Circle to Dunfermline returning over the Forth Bridge. The afternoon departure runs through Linlithgow and Falkirk to Stirling; continuing through Alloa, Kincardine and along the shores of the Firth of Forth, returning via Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and over the Forth Bridge.
Due to mechanical issues 60009 Union of South Africa was not available to haul these steam specials, and it was not possible to secure the use of another steam locomotive. Consequently these trains were cancelled.
Sunday 9 October : THE FIFE CIRCLE
Steam-hauled from Tweedbank by 45407 The Lancashire Fusilier

From DALGETY BAY, Edinburgh Waverley, Galashiels, Tweedbank and Shawfair
Steam special from Tweedbank over the new Borders Railway via the Edinburgh South Suburban Circle, then over the Forth Bridge and round the Fife Circle and back to Tweedbank. The train will be diesel-hauled between Dalgety Bay and Tweedbank at the start and end of the tour.

Saturday 22 October : CUMBRIAN COAST - Ravenglass & Grange-over-Sands

From LINLITHGOW, Edinburgh Waverley, Drem, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Alnmouth, Morpeth, Cramlington, Newcastle upon Tyne, Hexham, Haltwhistle
Via the East Coast and Tyne Valley then along the Cumbrian Coast line to Ravenglass (for Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway) and Grange-over-Sands (for Lake Windermere Cruise).

From POLMONT, Falkirk High, Westerton (outbound) / Drumchapel (return), Dumbarton Central
Double-headed steam special on the scenic West Highland Line with stunning views of Loch Long, Loch Lomond, Rannoch Moor, Monessie Gorge and Ben Nevis.
