SPECIAL EVENTS Mixed Traffic Gala Three unmissable events over three great days! Friday 19 th June A UNIQUE CHANCE TO PHOTOGRAPH UNIQUE LINE-UPS OF LOCOS The Scottish Railway Preservation Society is offering a limited number of tickets for a series of static photoshoots, including a once-only opportunity to photograph the three North British Railway locos, 673 Maude, 256 Glen Douglas and Y9 No 42 together. Another unique line-up - three British Railways locomotives 65243 Maude, 55189 and 80105 - is also planned for the event, while other locomotives involved are expected to include 246 Morayshire and provisionally No 13 Kelton Fell. The photoshoot will take place in Bo’ness Station and Yard where the locos will be positioned on both freight and passenger trains. Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st June A SPECIAL TREAT FOR ENTHUSIASTS - AND FAMILIES Our first Mixed Traffic Gala has been designed to feature a wide range of different steam and diesel locomotives hauling a variety of both freight and passenger trains. The trains will operate both on the Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway and around Bo’ness Station - and there will also be visits by historic road vehicles and entertainments and activities throughout the weekend for the whole family. No booking is required, and standard fares apply to each return journey, and rover tickets (Adult £10.00; Child £5.00) can be bought on each day for use on all passenger services on that day (except the evening wine and dine train). Saturday 20th June WINE AND DINE IN THE OLD-FASHIONED WAY Tickets are now on sale for this special steam-hauled wine & dine evening train on the Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway.
