Diesel Gala
28 th, 29 th & 30 th August
Primarily aimed at Diesel Enthusiasts, trains on the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway this weekend are hauled by some of the Society's impressive collection of diesel locomotives and other locos are on show. Diesel engines are no longer a common sight hauling passenger services on mainline railways and are increasingly important on the railway preservation scene.

Santa Specials
Saturdays & Sundays 28 th November - 20 th December
Santa travels by Steam Train, giving a gift to each of the young passengers. Balloons, Christmas decorations and Christmas songs create a festive atmosphere. Adults receive seasonal refreshments at Bo'ness station.

Hogmanay 'Black Bun' Special Trains
Wednesday 30 th & Thursday 31 st December
Mark the end of 2009 with a ride on the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway. The fare includes a slice of traditional Scottish Black Bun and tea or coffee, which are served on the train. (Black Bun is a rich fruit cake in a pastry case.)
