Saturday 21 April : THE FORTH CIRCLE - Forth Bridge, Fife, Clackmannan & Stirling
Steam-hauled by LMS Jubilee Class 45690 Leander

From LINLITHGOW (morning train)   /   INVERKEITHING (afternoon train)
Morning and afternoon steam specials round the 'Forth Circle'; over the Forth Bridge, along the Fife Coast and round the Fife Circle then along the railway through Culross, Kincardine and Alloa to Stirling.

Saturday 12 May : CUMBRIAN COAST - Ravenglass & Grange-over-Sands

From DUNDEE, Cupar, Kirkcaldy, Dalgety Bay, Dalmeny, Edinburgh Waverley, Kirknewton, Lockerbie
Via the West Coast Main Line over Beattock Summit to Carlisle, then along the scenic Cumbrian Coast line to Ravenglass (for Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway) and Grange-over-Sands (for Lake Windermere Cruise). The return journey is via Carnforth and Shap Summit.

Featuring heritage electric 86 401 and diesels 37 025 & 37 403

From BO'NESS, Linlithgow (pu), Edinburgh Waverley, Glasgow, Polmont (sd)
A tour for enthusiasts travelling overnight and through Saturday along lines to the North, South, East and West of Glasgow featuring electric haulage on newly electrified routes between Glasgow and Edinburgh. (more)
Friday 1 June : Overnight Routes & Branches (86 401 top-and-tailed with 37 025)
Bo'ness - Manuel - Edinburgh Waverley - Glasgow Queen Street - Ayr - Largs - Maxwell Park - Larkhall - Balloch - Helensburgh Central - Edinburgh Waverley.
Saturday 2 June : Routes & Branches
Edinburgh Waverley - North Berwick - Millerhill - Edinburgh Waverley - Leith Docks - Inverkeithing North Curve - Alloa - Stirling - Croy - Kelvindale - Yoker - Glasgow Queen Street Low Level.
Saturday 2 June : Neilston or Bust
Glasgow Queen Street (LL) - Whifflet South Junction - Mossend Up Reception - Glasgow Central - Neilston - Kings Park - Polmont - Manuel - Bo'ness.

Saturday 9 June : PLOCKTON & KYLE of LOCHALSH

From PAISLEY Gilmour Street, Maxwell Park, Burnside, Hamilton Central, Motherwell, Cumbernauld, Larbert, Stirling, Perth
The Highland Line via Blair Atholl, Drumochter, Aviemore and Culloden to Inverness, then via Dingwall, Garve and the spectacular scenery along Loch Carron to Plockton and Kyle of Lochalsh.

Saturday 23 June : DURHAM, GROSMONT & WHITBY

From GLENROTHES with Thornton, Kirkcaldy, Dalgety Bay, Dalmeny, Edinburgh Waverley
Along the East Coast Main Line through Berwick and Newcastle for a visit to the historic cathedral city of Durham, or stay on the train through Middlesbrough and along the scenic Esk Valley line. Either leave the train at Grosmont, from where the North Yorkshire Moors Railway runs through Goathland (Heartbeat's 'Aidensfield') to Pickering, or continue to the attractive fishing port and resort of Whitby.
This tour was cancelled for operational reasons
Sundays 5, 12, 19 & 26 August : THE FORTH BRIDGE & SCOTTISH BORDERS
Steam-hauled

From LINLITHGOW, Dunfermline Town, Kirkcaldy, Dalgety Bay, Edinburgh Waverley
Steam-hauled over the Forth Bridge and round the Fife Circle, then through Edinburgh and along the new Borders Railway to Galashiels and Tweedbank. Additional coach tours to Sir Walter Scott's Abbotsford House, historic Melrose and Seasons Restaurant, Gattonside.

Saturday 15 September : DUNROBIN CASTLE & BRORA

From ABERDEEN, Dyce, Inverurie, Huntly, Keith, Elgin
Through rural Aberdeenshire, Banffshire and Moray to Inverness, then via Dingwall, Invergordon, Tain, Lairg and Golspie to Dunrobin Castle and Brora in Sutherland.

Saturday 6 October : FORT WILLIAM

From EDINBURGH Waverley, Kirknewton, Carluke, Motherwell, Newton, Exhibition Centre
Follow the world’s most scenic line from the banks of the Clyde, past Loch Long and Loch Lomond, across Rannoch Moor and through Monessie Gorge to Fort William.

This tour was cancelled due to delays in repairs to steam locomotive 60163 Tornado
Saturday 27 October : AVIEMORE & INVERNESS
Diesel-hauled by preserved 37 403 Isle of Mull

From LINLITHGOW, Dalgety Bay, Kirkcaldy, Perth
Over the Forth Bridge and through Fife to Perth, then along the Highland Line through Dunkeld, Pitlochry, Blair Atholl and over Drumochter Summit, the highest point on the British railway network. Passengers may leave the train at Aviemore for a trip on the Strathspey Railway through Boat of Garten to Broomhill. Alternatively remain aboard over Slochd Summit and past Culloden to Inverness.

Saturday 3 November : YORK

From LINLITHGOW, Edinburgh Waverley, Carlisle southbound / Newcastle upon Tyne northbound
Along the West Coast Main Line over Beattock Summit, then over the spectacular Settle & Carlisle Railway to the historic city of York. Return is along the East Coast Main Line through Newcastle upon Tyne.
